Such a nice place and receptionist treat us very nicely. Dr. Mallika is very kindness. Highly recommended.
Aman is the best best professional receptionist. She explain good with polite and good attitude. On the other hand Prathna behave like uneducated, unprofessional with bad attitude. Doctor should appoint Aman rather than prathna for good customer service. Aaman is great. Doctor is also good and experienced.
Very unprofessional staff the receptionist doesn’t know how to talk and manage appointments and the doctor she is least bothered I booked an appointment 4 hours before hand and I had to wait for 3 hours irrespective to having booked the appointment early
Worst plazza i just went to tim hortons to pickup my order back in 7 min and my car got towed and requested me to pay $505 to release it. Greedy owners
Receptionist who picked up my call was so rude. Everybody has their own health issues. Please don’t be rude to the patients. Dr. Mallika is such a nice doctor. The receptionist should learn something from her!!!
