It has been weeks the receptionists never pick a call. Doctor Mallika is really nice. That is why we prefer to go there. Please hire good staff for the front.
My 93 yr old Mother has been well looked about here. Our wait is never too long and the staff have always been helpful.
I went there for 2 times, and receptionist is such a dumbest person I have ever seen she told me on call to come to clinic without appointment and then neglecting that we did not said that. Such a poor service.

The receptionist AMANDEEP is so rude and full of attitude. I was there before time and wanted my apt on time only as I had to go back to job. I was talking to another receptionist, AMANDEEP was interrupting in between again n again and talking so rudely. She doesn’t have manners n etiquette’s atall. Don’t know how people like her gets customer service job .
