Firstly they gave appointments and then they say you have to wait for half an hour or one hour. Receptionist was very rude. She talk with me very rudely, i think she didn’t know the meaning of appointment.
Such a nice place and receptionist treat us very nicely. Dr. Mallika is very kindness. Highly recommended.
Aman is the best best professional receptionist. She explain good with polite and good attitude. On the other hand Prathna behave like uneducated, unprofessional with bad attitude. Doctor should appoint Aman rather than prathna for good customer service. Aaman is great. Doctor is also good and experienced.
Very unprofessional staff the receptionist doesn’t know how to talk and manage appointments and the doctor she is least bothered I booked an appointment 4 hours before hand and I had to wait for 3 hours irrespective to having booked the appointment early
