I was going in for first time to see Dr. Sheridan on what my dentist thought was a needed root canal. Dr. Sheridan looked at the tooth closely and took another Xray to look at it from another angle and was able to fix it with a simpler and less expensive procedure. Dr. Sheridan and staff were all great! It was absolutely painless. Dr. Sheridan really knows her stuff. I literally left smiling. It's a funny thing because when I frst got there the patient coming out was also rather happy. By far one of my most positive medical ... read more
Dr. Sheridan and her staff bent over backwards to accommodate me for a root canal. I was in terrific pain at my regular dentist’s office. I had just been told that I needed a root canal pronto! (It was 4:30 PM, by the way — when every other Endodontist is already halfway home…) but Dr. Sheridan agreed to see me immediately. She did the root canal; her process was efficient, painless, and extremely professional. I’ll tell you right now, Dr. Sheridan doesn’t do a whole lot of small talk — as I was either in pain, totally numb,... read more
I was told my solid tooth was gone due to resorption and needed to be pulled. Dr. Sheridan performed a root canal from a flap in the gums without the need to go in from the top. I was surprised that it was even possible to perform a root canal without the need for a cap.
My first ever root canal. I was anxious and very scared. Very professional and pleasant. Other staff was okay too.
Horrible. She had to re-do my root canal because it was "my fault" .....I am an anxious patient anyway however she didn't pick up on the fact that I had a bad reaction to the anesthetic with epinepherine in it and it made my body shake uncontrollably so she didn't get to the end of the root and had to re-do everything. She was mean, uncaring, not empathetic, rough, and awful. I still have nightmares about this. I wouldn't have gone back to her for the second time but i had to otherwise I would have had to pay for it again.
11/17/20 Root Canal lower left molar. Drilling OK, but Packing filling in, was pressed with such force that I had to press my fist under my chin, pressing as hard as I could to counteract her force. No procedural instructions given. Now have Soreness/Pain, Some numbness, Clepitus, Difficult Speaking Clearly, & Chewing. I am 78 yrs. old. Would certainly not recommend, Should be no Stars.
Very positive experience. Without going into the details of the procedure Dr Sheridan's patience and skill are amazing.
Wacko nut.Pulled off half my tooth for NO REASON.
