You don't want to live here. Complex is poorly maintained and it shows. Management won't address issues but simultaneously is bugging residents constantly about one thing or another. As for rent plan on adding 15% to whatever they tell you for their various nonsense fees. I've never lived anywhere that had so little respect for resident privacy. They treat their residents like teenagers and it just ridiculous. Bottom line this place isn't worth it.

Renter Beware!! Learn from my mistake. Sheridan Beach Terrace has a unit 109 with such beautiful views you may compelled to be proactive and reserve the space. Here's what you need to know. They will say if you can't move in within five days they can't hold it for you. You are required to pay a nonrefundable administrative fee of $300 to secure the unit while they run your application (this is unusual, in my experience). I’ve been here for 5 years & this place really is a great place to live. My previous review was pretty negative, but someone obviously read it because things are changing. Greg the maintenance man is wonderful. He’s always so attentive, joyful & resourceful. Requests are usually fulfilled in a day, if he has the supplies on hand. Parking is dicey at times & the dog excrement that doesn’t get picked up are issues being addressed, but at least they’re being addressed. This community is wonderful. Cool place that is in disrepair. The building is really unique and in a good location, but there is rust and dirt and spiderwebs everywhere, the landscaping is a bit disheveled. Mold everywhere. They will also charge you for every single little thing. Plan to spend at least 10-15% more than your regular rent in random fees. But that is pretty typical for everywhere these days...
