Poor workmanship and terrible management. Wish I could choose zero stars... I was referred to Sheridan auto body by my insurance company. After 2 attempts to make the repair they charged my insurance company for, they still failed. 1st try they painted the bumper and fender the wrong color, and made zero attempts to make any adjustments to the hood or fender because there was a very noticible gap between the two, and the headlight was recessed about an inch and a half. Communication. They don't communicate with each other nor with the customer. They had my vehicle for over a month. The 1st half of the month, I was told it was finished. The body work that was replaced and "fixed" was painted a different color and alignment adjustments were not even attempted on the fender, bumper and hood. Was told by the manager Duane that he noticed that the color was off but "that's what I pay these guys for, they will be reprimanded when you leave". 2nd half of the month, they had attempted the paint 3 ... read more
Very bad experience last minute nth or so they couldn’t get my truck correct never again !! Now it’s time to take it to some place else !!!!!
Vince said he would have by bumper off painted and replaced in 3 days and sure enough it was ready when I called to check the status and they even washed my car for me. I love them, if I unfortunately should need a body shop again that's definitely were I'll be going!!!!!
