Staff is rude, never calls back, gives bad information. Left several messages on the portal just to be ignored. Very unprofessional office staff and doctor doesn't seem to care about this at all. If you value your health and your families health, do not go to this physician. Perhaps to busy? Don't care? I hung in there for several years to see if it was just the post covid era. But no... this is a management problem. Horrible in every way.
Great Doctor! She's caring, knowledgeable, and also a great listener & communicator. For a guy that doesn't particularly like going to the doctor, she makes keeping up with my regular and preventative care visits a pleasant worthwhile experience. Thank you!! Jim B.
