Dr. Puffer is very compassionate. She takes time to answer any questions you may have and listens to your concerns. Offers any suggestions. Her staff are all very professional, kind and knowledgeable. 100% recommend her.
I had my son 3 years ago, Jan 2023. She broke my water during my last visit even when we had scheduled a visit for the following week if baby does not come. I was 40 weeks and 2 days. When i complained after delivery, I felt unheard and when i checked my medical records, the Dr. said i had post partum depression, Meanwhile she was not there when i delivered, I never saw her at the hospital and i was told she came briefly during my stay at the hospital.
