Tried calling to make an appointment no answer. So I go to office and lady at the desk was very rude. No appointment but yet no one was there to be seen. Don’t waste your time here
Office is ridiculously small, very unprofessional from receptionist to the Dr. Little to no explanation on visit... don't tell you your needing bifocals.. (contacts are more difficult when needing them) just so they can charge extra for the contact exam... dare call to ask a question rude as ever!!!
My five-year-old was told that we needed an exam. I took her to this place she had to sit on my lap the majority of the time because she was too short to reach the machine and she kept getting told to sit still sit still and I was trying my best to keep her still but unfortunately she’s five. Then when we finally did get to see the doctor there were a bunch of shapes and stuff that even I wasn’t familiar.
