Chad is abrasive, unprofessional, and abusive, i'm not saying this to cut him down as I only just met him, but only saying this as a representation his character upon our very brief meeting together. Toxic and abusive staff and ownership. Extremely disorganized. This company is entirely out of its depth. One of the worst client experiences I’ve ever had. The design elevations were changed 3 times all after installation was already complete. Then the scope was changed several times more. The resulting product is a major liability for the client.
