My experience with Mr. Sheremeta was overall negative. Unfortunately, he tended to withhold important documents from me, refusing to provide copies for my records. Additionally, I would caution anyone who signs a document in his office, as he would only present one page for signature, then combine it with other pages that were not properly reviewed, with the excuse that he was going to get it typed up later. This person wrote the will of my late father. He failed to do several key duties and it led to litigation that caused significant monetary and financial damage to multiple people. If that wasn’t enough he decided to act as defending council in the ongoing litigation, which our lawyer correctly pointed out was very inappropriate, and we had to waste time and money getting him thrown off the case.
