Great doctors but it is absolutely impossible to ever reach the office! They pick up and hang up the phone—making it so difficult when you need prescription refills or medical records in a timely manner. I’m not sure if they need to update their phone systems or office staff but it definitely needs to be addressed. Even when going through the answering service, they are also unable to reach them.
My husband has been going to this office for a year. He has blood pressure issues and takes medication. He has missed 3 days of his medication because the office hasn't called in a prescription. I have been calling for 3 days straight and no one can get a hold of the office to call in a refill. Completely dissatisfied with this office. Will be getting a new primary doctor for him for the future Update: after 3 days of no medications, they send his prescription to the wrong pharmacy after verifying his pharmacy multiple times... read more
Dr. Gashi is my husband's PCP. He is the best doctor ever. Takes his time. Answers all questions. Explains things in simple language. Always squeezes him in if making appointment last minute. He has treated him for over 25 years. Could not be happier with Dr. Gashi. Staff is also very good
Good Dr but ever since he switched to Optum, cant never EVER get through to the front desk! They say they will transfer you and they hang up. Multiple times!!! Had one "nurse" give me false information just to get me off the phone. When i FINALLY got to the front desk, was given the RIGHT information. I may be switching primary Dr soon, what a shame. Dr Gashi has been my Dr for years!!
