If I could give ten stars I would. I got my land surveyed for a fence I’m installing at my house and they were very thorough. Finished my survey in a timely fashion and provided all the information I needed to continue with my project. I definitely appreciate the constant email communication notifying me when the job was completed and the work performed. Shout out to David and George Claxton for their great work. Can't recommend Sherbut Carson Claxton enough. Contacted them out of the blue to ask them for a residential survey to find my property lines, and they were out the very next morning. Half my corner pins were gone, and one was swallowed up in a tree. Our property is a weird shape too. George didn't bat an eye even once, got me taken care of on all 4 corners with new pins where ones were missing, flagged, and was nothing short of professional the entire time. Rest easy with these guys. Great father/son dynamic surveying duo!
I needed boundary survey done for upcoming landscaping work. I inquired on their site and received a quick response via email with a quote and details on how to proceed, should I choose. I was informed the survey would be conducted 5-7 business days after receipt of payment. The rate seemed fair so I did decide to move forward.
