Health and human services is Government funded to serve families and people who rely on their assistance. The worker Simone is dismissive and refuses to do her job as dictated in her job description. She is threatening to withhold much needed resources based on her limited experience. She is arrogant. She has no business serving as a cps worker. Forced to leave a detailed voicemail. I tell them that its okay to leave a voicemail if I cant answer. 7 days later, they finally call, phone barely rings once and they hang up. They couldn't let it go to a second ring? My phone was in my hand. The second I pressed answer, they hung up on me. Then I tried to call them back, 45 minutes on hold. Had to leave another voicemail. Next time, when calling clients back, ACTUALLY CALL THEM BACK rather than than one ring bs and LEAVE A VOICEMAIL LIKE WE SAID IT WAS OKAY TO. Tired of p... read more

I think social workers do better job, but financial workers are completely do not know what they're doing. They abuse their little power without proper knowledge of the DHS policy. They try to force my child to get food support because he temporarily lives with his grandmother for emotional support. They need proper training.
