Forced to leave a detailed voicemail. I tell them that its okay to leave a voicemail if I cant answer. 7 days later, they finally call, phone barely rings once and they hang up. They couldn't let it go to a second ring? My phone was in my hand. The second I pressed answer, they hung up on me. Then I tried to call them back, 45 minutes on hold. Had to leave another voicemail. Would you make up your mind if we qualify or not sick and tired of have to redo things every couple months.
I think social workers do better job, but financial workers are completely do not know what they're doing. They abuse their little power without proper knowledge of the DHS policy. They try to force my child to get food support because he temporarily lives with his grandmother for emotional support. They need proper training.
I have had both a very good and a very embarrassing and horrible experience with this county. But it is what it is.
