Used to be well mantained, but now it takes a service request more than two weeks to even check what is wrong with a lamp. Furniture abandoned in the hallways for weeks, gym not getting cleaned... it seems that a lot of long time tennants are leaving the building.
You can see this building is a terrible place to live when Jana Zeliskova has to leave a fake review. She is a property manager, as per her Linkedin profile. She doesn’t live in this building.
Terrible place. I lived here for 1.5 years until August 2024 so I don’t know if anything changed. There were junkies living in the building who would get out of their apartment in the middle of the night and start yelling in the hallway. The management didn’t want to do anything. I complained about hot/cold water several times and they didn’t do anything about it. I suspect they entered my unit without notice several times. I've been living at Sherbrooke Manor for the last 18 years and it's a great place to live. Skytrain station and Hwy #1 are very close. The grocery store, TD bank, Shoppers Drug Mart are 5 minutes away (a walking distance). Aida as a building manager is awesome, always very helpful and friendly. She is definitely one of the best building managers we had.
