Dr Jane Gilbert was extremely dismissive and only threw solutions at me without actually offering to help me find out the source of my pain. She never suggested any tests so we could find out where the pain was coming from, she just said that birth control and pelvic floor therapy would probably "fix that". I felt as though she just wanted to get rid of me so she could move onto the next patient. She didn't even ask me to book another appointment with her (not that I'd want to), but where's the support? I just started seeing Dr. Walter's this year and it has been my pleasure meeting her. She provides a very comfortable and thorough visit with her kindness and concern. Additional, her assistant, Victoria, has been equally amazing and is very prompt with providing help to their patients. Thank you all so much for your wonderful service.
Dr.Rosenthal is so kind and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain everything to me at each appointment. She never rushed my visits and I felt cared for. A very capable and caring person
I have been attending this clinic my entire pregnancy. Between Dr Lefas and Dr Rosenthal, I have been extremely well cared for. Reception staff is always friendly and accommodating. If you’re going to be late for an appt… CALL THEM! These are health care professionals doing their very best in an overwhelmed publicly funded system. Their time is extremely valuable. Staff is amazing for someone with anxiaty 10 out of 10 recomend but if u work and live pay check to pay vheck and cant afford time off dont come here as i have been rescheduled, I need to take the day off before my appointment because I work evenings and overnights and so I can get a proper sleep and then come to my appointment.
