Dr Lily and her team are amazing. My 4 year old looks forward to her visit every six months!! Everyone is great. Only my children come here but going forward, my husband and I will be seeing them as well - Tshering Gurung
I had an appointment earlier this week and the practice called the day off and cancelled, saying they had a power outage. I changed my schedule and agreed to do this today. I was running a bit late and called them to give a head's up. The message " we will have to charge you 80 bucks". What kind of practice does that? They have an issue - thats ok, the client is running late, they want money. Our family has used this practice for years and Dr.Lily is great. I just think they need new people on the reception.
