Great experience they were fast and attentive. Would go back!
Worker was in a rush and left markings and indentations on my nails. Was charged for services I did not ask for or did not need. The worker never mentioned anything. Was also charged a long nail fee when my nails are not considered long. Will probably not return to this salon unless i can get a different worker.
I have been going here for 3 years since I moved to Towson. The last few months my gel pedi has been very rushed. Last month, the nail tech Jenny cut me on 3 different toes. Going way to fast with the file. She was not my usual tech, mine was out. She also seemed shocked that I tipped her. I question that one myself. I was headed to the beach the next day. Very rude technician. Clearly irritated when I had a request for my nails. Grabbing my hand if I moved it incorrectly. 3 weeks ago they took a big chunk out of my finger while rushing to do a gel manicure. Had a pedicure and the man was clipping my toes before they were in the water, creating an ingrown toenail. Will never go back!
