I have been coming here for years. Lately the quality has deteriorated. I had my natural nails done on 6/4. Today on 6/6 on the corner of each nail on my left hand the gel polish is cracked and dented. I am so disappointed.
ZERO STARS!!!!!!! I DONT SEE HOW “PEOPLE” can settle for this and they did cause they were sitting getting there nails done/ toes!! Horrible experience!!!! Shut this place DOWN! They aren’t about quality or CARE! There attitudes are rude and if you don’t like your job you can change it but to rush a paying customer or not accommodate is insidious! had a very upsetting experience here and will not be returning. When I came in and asked for a simple gel overlay set, the staff immediately quoted the price while looking at me in a way that felt very judgmental, as if they were assuming I couldn’t afford it. It felt like profiling toward me and the person I was with, and it was extremely uncomfortable.
