A big thank you to Vasu and Kamram at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North. I received Marriott gift cards that were complicated to redeem, and they took ownership of the situation, guided me through every step with patience, and went above and beyond to get it resolved. What stood out was their professionalism, accountability, and genuine kindness. They helped simply because they cared about the guest experience, not because there was anything in it for them. Thank you to Audrey and Arnel who work at the Sheraton Club Lounge who do a wonderful job! They are very friendly, kind, attentive and warm. Room was promised for 3:00 PM check in. It was not available. I was told to wait. I did. The room was not ready for another 20+ minutes. I need to rush to prepare for a meeting. The attachment of the ironing board was detached. The electric iron leaked. The equipments were not well maintained. The hotel needs to be modernized.
