I enjoyed my one night in room 1014. The see-through bathroom that lets a person in the bedroom see everything and anybody in the bathroom including the toilet might be a plus or a minus, depending on who you're staying with and your relationship with them. On this occasion, I was alone , so that window let me see the view outside

Paid $380 for 1 night with Breakfast. Breakfast was great, my only issue would be the slow toaster and the pastries looking a little old, hot food was great, variety was great. Beds were not comfortable and the lock on the bathroom door didn't work. Advised staff 4 days prior i will be taking my daughter for her birthday and if they could do something for her, had that all booked in.. arrived and the staff had no idea what i was talking about, then after asking multiple times they brang a quarter of a lamington and a little ... read more

I booked the Sheraton’s winter special, which included a twin room, buffet breakfast for 2, car parking, late checkout of 1pm and a welcome drink on arrival for $390 - sounds like amazing value but unfortunately we experienced a number of issues during our stay and in hindsight, I would’ve preferred to book elsewhere.
