I have been here twice, one in June the other one now. During last stay my colleague with whom I travelled complained because the rooms was not cleaned without reasons, but nothing happened to me. This time during 7-day-stay, 2 times room has not been cleaned. I gave my feedback to hotel manager who guaranteed this would not happen again for the first time, but it happened again today. We apparently got an upgrade , not sure what that upgrade was. Rooms are tired and the bathroom wasn’t clean. Bed is honestly what I’d expect in a motel, linen nasty. I won’t be back. I would strongly suggest for the amount of money they charge per night, go somewhere else. There’s no customer service here.
