My Hermes sandal went missing after housekeeping entered my room. The hotel claimed they did an "internal investigation," but I did not get any result. Every time I have to follow up so they reply and call me back. They said they did investigation but they did not find anything unusual. I have provided the receipt for item purchased and they confirmed they saw me bringing the bag back to the hotel on cctv. Our go-to hotel in the SGV. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is friendly, and the location is very central and walkable to a lot of restaurants and businesses.

This place has gone downhill in the past year. What used to be a nice hotel is now a dump. Staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Getting overcharged (check your bill), lack of service, rooms being dirty and lights not working properly are just a few of the issues. It’s a shame as I used to highly recommend this place.
