One of the better Sheratons I've had the pleasure of staying at. Staff was patient and understanding.
My new favorite place to stay when I am in town for business. The beds are so comfortable. There are so many walkable restaurants! The building is beautiful. Prices are decent. I love staying here.
I only booked this hotel because the website advertised a heated pool. That was literally the main reason I chose this place for a staycation. I could’ve stayed at the Le Méridien in Arcadia, but I picked the Sheraton instead because of that feature. At check-in, I specifically asked again about the pool temperature, and staff assured me it was always kept between 80–85 degrees. To my surprise, the pool was absolutely not heated.
