Very personable staff. Huge hotel, great location. Excellent restaurants, food is the best along with the service.

Very nice hotel but the room will never get warmer than 72 degrees in winter or summer. Most hotels cap the temp to save money, and women suffer as a result. This and a lack of fresh air is a reason to get an airbnb. Imagibe how quick the co2 builds up in a room with airtight windows where the air recirculates only in your room. While you freeze

I had reserverations for 1/18-1/22. I attempted to check out late Wednesday evening with the storm fast approaching. I had to drive back home 10 hours to Texas with my wife and 3 children. I was told there would be an early checkout fee of $75.00. Even though I was past the 4pm check-in time and had already paid for the full day. It even states on the company website that the staff can waive the fee for emergencies. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The lobby was nice with lots of room to relax and visit with friends/colleagues but it was only 4 degrees outside so the constant opening and closing of the front doors made it too cold to enjoy. However, the mezzanine level had additional lounge seating and was comfortable. The room view was fantastic!
