Great Food, Huge pools, relaxing
Absolutely amazing experience
We were shocked at how disappointing our stay was at the Sheraton Mirage, especially for the price and its supposed 5-star status. The resort feels like a ghost town — eerily quiet — which makes the slow service even harder to understand. Staff are friendly and helpful, but everything takes far too long. The biggest let-down was the dining. Restaurant openings seem random, and when you finally find one open, the food is average at best and ridiculously overpriced. Nice location ultimately let down by poor service and experiences with staff. The rooms are a little dated, scuffed and tired but still nice. Pro tip there is a private shuttle service that you can pay for to get into town as there are few taxis and ubers in the area
