The staff where good, but the place is run down for the price you pay per night it should be better The pool & pool area are run down & not very inviting there is new sun beds which is nice but just has a rundown look & feel Its location to the beach is great The rooms are neat and tidy The Gym is the best that i have seen at a resort look like all new equipment from technogym & parking your car is extra to the cost of the accommodation

The Sheraton GMR badly need a full renovation. Rotten timbers, rusted out metal fittings, broken tiles, worn out furniture, curtains with holes, cracks in the facade, missing and broken tiles in the pool area, lounge sunshades perished and on and on. It really does look quite sad and dated. Being charged $25/day for underground parking in a 5 star resort is ridiculous.
