Somewhat outdated. Average restaurants with very little choices for kids. Very few things for kids as a whole, except for pool. Really missing the mark here considering proximity to Sea World. No TVs at the bar or restaurant so not great for watching sports. Very few channels in the room and no smart TV. Just a weird chrome cast feature that doesn’t work with most apps like Netflix and must be connected to hotel WiFi to work (not high speed). Very over priced rooms, that are tied and in need of a refresh. Bathroom not cleaned. The whole resort is quiet rundown and needs renovating. There’s much nicer places for far less money to stay at on the Gold Coast.

We had a fabulous stay at the Sheraton, everything was perfect and the buffet breakfast was amazing!! Will definitely be back
