They are not kind people. That judge you before they even know you.
Pros-It's very quiet. I feel safe as well. Near the bus stop and shopping... Cons- Slow fixing things. Can't get ahold of the manager. Roads are horrible. Smell of sewer in park.
Me and my family just moved to Sheraton Estates so far so good. It's quiet day and night they keep the grass cut and they keep the property clean friendly management easy to talk to any problems in your unit he gets it taken care of right away. I can't speak for everyone else but I haven't had any problems
