great location for lost lands shuttles. but other than that, this hotel is not good. the water never gets hot, the hotel itself is so run down & dirty, dead roach and dirty fridge in communal microwave room in lobby, no fridge or microwave in the room, bathroom door gets stuck so we get stuck in there. the fire alarm kept going off in the middle of the night. they want to make it seem like it’s a nice hotel but it’s on the same level as a bad motel 8 or red roof inn

I would NOT stay here. There are just too many other options for same price with better amendities. Booked through Hotels.com, Receieved my room key and went to my room. As we walked into the room it was clear that the maintenance guy was using it for storage. There were boxes with amazon and tool box in the room. Went back downstairs and got another room. 2nd room, seemed fine at first then looking more into it we saw that dresser was missing handles, outlets were very dangerous, see pics, and there was spakle on the bathro... read more

Customer service was excellent. Special front desk Liam. He went up and beyond to make my stay at the best. The only complains on the restaurant should be open every day and also until late and they should provide parking.
