We loved our stay! Staff were amazing and our room was spacious! We got fridge, microwave + coffee maker, everything we needed for our busy stay! The restaurant at the second floor was great. Delicious quesadillas and the steak was delicious!
Rooms were outdated; clean but had that old hotel smell Room had a small one cup Keurig .... but no mugs or coffee Website offers valet but Front Desk says no have no valet service. Cars park (& block) the turnaround at the front door (there is a parking lot across the corner ($25 / day) Bathroom was clean, hard water towels and good water pressure. No bag in trash can, just the remnants of what the last hundred people have thrown into the metal can. Great location to the Ohio Theatre (about 20 steps)
The photos speak for themselves. This is what I walked into. Stayed for the weekend of a cheer competition (whole team did) and everyone was super disappointed. Seems like more of a motel the way it’s maintained. Still waiting on my refund!
First, the staff was very nice and accommodating and the location is great...that about where the pros end. The room was awful. The smell triggered my allergies & asthma. The first thing I noticed once opening the door was the missing baseboard... yikes. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the hot water in the sink didn't work. They did come and fix this by simply turning on the valve, which then became apparent it was off because the there is a constant stream of hot water coming out of it.
