Sheraton Caregivers are amazing. I had a team put in place 24/7 for a gentleman down lower Fairfield County and they were exceptional, compassionate and they went above and beyond. They all communicated with each other and everyone was always on top of things and kept me informed at all times. They showed how much this gentleman meant to them. I only interviewed with this place so I can speak much on the home care. Just like any other company they get you in and then ghost you. I interviewed with this place and pretty much was told I had the position which was followed up by a call from HR to get more information from me. I was told twice I’d hear back early the following week. Wednesday rolled around and nothing. Whenever I receive a call that I'm not likely to service, for any reason, I consider other professionals such as Sheraton. In this instance, Sheraton's rate was $4/hr lower than I am able to service.
