I only interviewed with this place so I can speak much on the home care. Just like any other company they get you in and then ghost you. I interviewed with this place and pretty much was told I had the position which was followed up by a call from HR to get more information from me. I was told twice I’d hear back early the following week. Wednesday rolled around and nothing. I followed up with an email to the HR person I spoke to as well as a call to the facility which I was told my message would be taken and passed along. C... read more

I own operate Washington Home Care LLC which primarily services folks at home. Sheraton Caregivers offers homemaker companion caregivers within 37 Assisted Living Communities throughout CT. Whenever I receive a call that I'm not likely to service, for any reason, I consider other professionals such as Sheraton. In this instance, Sheraton's rate was $4/hr lower than I am able to service. Gillian Isaacs, I wish you continued success at Sheraton Caregivers.

Love working at this company, the staff works well together to accomplish the goal, providing outstanding service To our clients and the owner is a pleasure to work for she goes above and beyond for not only the clients but the caregivers as well.
