The first tick box in quality customer service is good communication. Called Ford Shepshed to ask about the cost to replace the DPF on my Ford vehicle. Spoke to a man who said that he just answered the phones and was not a mechanic and said that the service manager would call me back. Needless to say, he didn't. Called again a couple of days later re the same enquiry and spoke to a lady. Amazing dealership and lovely sales men who really explain everything in detail and gave any paperwork needed! Bought an Audi A1 automatic S Line and it has been prepared for my visit with a full valet and service and beautiful condition. Could not recommend this dealership more!
