Well what can I say I have dealt with Shepshed Ford for nearly 30 years and have just bought another car from them this weekend I cannot find a bad word to say. I have been dealing with the same person Jim all that time. Nothing is to much trouble and the fact he cares means a lot almost like family I would also back this up with the workshop side as Paul again been dealing with him for years.
