Other than lying to you, shoddy workmanship, not honoring their warranty, not doing what they say they will do, they still suck. Zero Stars. STAY AWAY!!!
We asked for large bifold doors with a large opening and out of a 100 inch rough opening, the gave a a 3 panel glass sliding door whit only one 28 inch panel that opens and it cost $5000. Yes, that’s right…/8 inch opening out of 100 inch rough opening in the wall. And in less than 10 years, all the trim around the windows and doors is warping and falling off! I wouldn’t buy a drinking glass from this place, let alone windows and doors again.
Been waiting 2 years for them to replace a window. Still don't have it.
