Garbage dermatologist. Why do i even have to give him one star. Is this is the best Winnipeg has to offer? I remember 20 years ago, i had a wonderful caring dermatologist who was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with, I guess what we now get are the left overs. You'll see.
If I could give a lower star I would. The receptionist is terrible and I've not had a good experience period. Had a referral booked in July 2024 with appot scheduled for Feb 2025. Was told they do not do followup reminders and to make sure I didn't miss my appointment. I wrote down several reminders. Show up to my appt only to find the clinic closed the receptionist on vacation and the doctor on vacation for a month... fast forward to a week later and I get a call that they canceled my appt in Sept?? Just finished my first appointment with Dr. Sheps very satisfied. I was kinda worried reading other reviews but he was kind, respectful and knowledgeable about my condition and made me feel comfortable. Front desk was kind and respectful as well. Definitely will be coming back.
