Called him for a possible leak but turned out I did not have a leak just for him to show up he is charging me $150 which he did not inform me about and is claiming he will invoice and place a lien to my house. What a horrible and non professional experience would not recommend.

I had a problem with my air conditioner leaking water. Got a recommendation from a good friend for Shep's Construction and gave them a call. Repairman showed up very quickly, accurately determined the issue, communicated what needed to be done, provided complete service with an eye toward possible future issues, completed the work in a timely fashion, and the price was reasonable. I recommend this company for HVAC and believe the attention to detail shown today would also be evident for construction needs. It's all cool now!
