He sold the business to Billie Taylor when it moved to its present location on the corner of Hwy 12 and Jackson Street in 1967. WORST Dry cleaners in Starkville – The owner of this dry cleaners is very rude. If you have any problems, he gets very angry and irrational. I think he forgets that he is the OWNER and that us customers are supporting his business. He ruined a shirt and then proceeded to blame me, the manufacturer, his busy schedule.... Not once did he apologize or ask how he could try to make my experience better. I would suggest using any other dry cleaners in Starkville!
Worst Cleaner – This cleaner has gone downhill in the past couple of years. College students are workers and that's great but it is clear that the management does not care how they treat the clothes. In the past year, every other time we have picked our clothes up they need to be re-ironed. Now, they have lost our clothes. I know it happens but there's a way to handle things.
