When my transmission died, I called my warranty provider (Lubrico) and they advised that I have the van towed to Shepps and I am glad they did. It take about 3 weeks to get my van done due to no appointment and some warranty delays, but Brent was super easy to talk to and accessible-- something you don't at the big shops. When I walked in for an update, one of the mechanics just said "go see the boss - he's upstairs'. I walked up and Brent was busy with some paper work, but dropped everything and we had a great chat.
