One of the worst companies you could possibly hire! They overcharged my mother for their less than mediocre work and left their trash and paint splattered all over the floors in our home. He then told my mother that he would give her $50 dollars back and would leave the paint so that SHE COULD FINISH THE WORK! I was furious! If you call him, be prepared from an overpriced, shady estimate. He quoted a $100 repair at $925.00. My spidey senses guided me to a sensible, professional plumber who fixed the leak in 20 minutes for hundreds of dollars less. A rip-off guy who must make all his money from "service calls".

I had called Rod Sheppard aka (Shepp) as he calls himself to fix a drain issue with my A.C. This guy was very unprofessional from the start. I asked him to tell me what is wrong the A.C. and he said do you want me to fix it or tell you what is wrong.
