This team promises to work well with customers that live in the building as yhey work. But they hire teams to do the actual labor that have never worked on residential properties, let alone properties with residents still inside. Their poor management leaves work halfway done and poor planning leaves windows without blinds or privacy. They really should perform better since they make promises that they take extra care of residents.

We are in a downtown highrise. This company is working on our neighbor's condo and have been absolute slobs. They leave pipes open for roaches to get into the building and have leaked on us, forcing us to get drywall repaired.

They were responsible for the new builds on Flickering Shadow Drive. The subcontractors they hired to restore these homes clearly cut corners and used low-quality materials to save on costs. In my own home, I’ve experienced multiple issues that point to poor workmanship and cheap construction choices—ranging from cosmetic defects to more serious concerns like foundation shifts, inconsistent finishes, and premature wear on fixtures and materials.
