This team promises to work well with customers that live in the building as yhey work. But they hire teams to do the actual labor that have never worked on residential properties, let alone properties with residents still inside. Their poor management leaves work halfway done and poor planning leaves windows without blinds or privacy. They really should perform better since they make promises that they take extra care of residents. We hired Shepherd Construction back in 2022. Six months, they said. That was four years ago. In that time we went through eight — project managers. Every single time someone new came in, we were back to square one. Explaining the same problems, sending the same emails, waiting all over again.
