I recently shopped around for a caravan heater and decided to go gas. Phoned a few installers who made it all too hard to help me. One even told me I would be disappointed with gas and should go diesel. Then I call Shepard bros plumbing. Tom helped me tremendously with all the information I was looking for, even arranged for me to deliver my caravan after hours to his premises. We needed a new hot water cylinder. Tom was excellent. He came the following day and sorted everything out for us. The cost was pleasantly under what we were quoted. Although, Tom was transparent with the price which we appreciated. I'd highly recommend Shepperd Bros plumbing to anyone. I would definitely get in touch with the company again for any future plumbing issues.

We had issues with our swift hot water in our caravan. Tom was fantastic arranged a convenient time for us to bring in the van and sorted our issue no problems. Carries lots of spare parts so no waiting most of the time. Friendly and very helpful, highly recommend.

Tom is a very good plumber. I have the luck to have his diverse work on 4 different problems at my home. He has been a speedy and neat worker. I am impressed with the Shepperd Brothers and I've recommended them on several occasions to friends.
