I met Matt and Tom today because I had an issue with the fridge in my van. Not only did they take a great amount of time to fix the problem, but they were incredibly kind, and I had such a great moment with them! I left with a fridge that works perfectly and a warm heart after meeting two people so friendly and helpful. You can go there with your eyes closed! Heads up to any JB van owners.We had an issue while in Sorrel with the swift hot water heater. We contacted Sheppard Bros who are a service agent for Swift products.They fixed our issue quickly and had us back on the road.Tom went out of his way to help us and explain how to navigate future problems (if any) .I would highly recommend this business to all van owners.Thanks again Sheppard Brothers

I needed to replace my insinkerator and so rang Tom to ask advice on the best choice and details of installation. The same day Tom located one for me and organised installation. All was accomplished expediently by Jordan, a courteous and diligent worker. I was impressed by the smooth operation of this firm. Thank you Shepperd Bros for your excellent service.

I recently shopped around for a caravan heater and decided to go gas. Phoned a few installers who made it all too hard to help me. One even told me I would be disappointed with gas and should go diesel. Then I call Shepard bros plumbing. Tom helped me tremendously with all the information I was looking for, even arranged for me to deliver my caravan after hours to his premises. We needed a new hot water cylinder. Tom was excellent. He came the following day and sorted everything out for us. The cost was pleasantly under what we were quoted. Although, Tom was transparent with the price which we appreciated. I'd highly recommend Shepperd Bros plumbing to anyone. I would definitely get in touch with the company again for any future plumbing issues.
