We had issues with our swift hot water in our caravan. Tom was fantastic arranged a convenient time for us to bring in the van and sorted our issue no problems. Carries lots of spare parts so no waiting most of the time. Friendly and very helpful, highly recommend.
Tom is a very good plumber. I have the luck to have his diverse work on 4 different problems at my home. He has been a speedy and neat worker. I am impressed with the Shepperd Brothers and I've recommended them on several occasions to friends.

Our caravans Swift Hot Water system was not working in gas mode but was fine when we had electricity. I rang Tom who knew exactly what the issue was. He got the part in and then installed it when we drove in. We were up a going within 30 minutes. Just fabulous services.
Tom is rude and unreliable; I had to source and pay for parts and then he didn't respond. A replacement technician advised the faulty gas fittings only needed cleaning.
