My experience with VW Shepparton started off OK but after yesterday I will never go back there again , the Service Dept were great and professional but the experience was so disappointing .I originally needed a globe replaced in one of my rear brake lights and asked if the engine light fault code could be checked , new handbrake cover fitted as requested also they retreived my garage remote which was jammed down the side of the drivers seat at no charge and total charge was $ 457.60 which I didnt mind paying although $ $ 360... read more

A huge thank you to the team at VW Shepparton! I live in Melbourne and was working in Shepparton for a couple of days when my 2025 Amarok broke down and had to be towed to the dealership. Unfortunately, due to a miscommunication with the roadside assistance team, the dealership wasn’t aware I was coming. Everytime I've been in I felt uncomfortable. So I called today, after being transferred from parts to service back to parts again I still don't know the total cost. I need a new key and have a spare without a fob. All I need to know is how much for a new one and the cost to program the spare. Had my Cupra serviced last month and was given some wrong information about the oil that can be used. Service was completed, but there were things done/changed that were not necessary. And some requests that were not completed (recalibration of sensors).
