Went for a service two months ago, didn’t realise but for two months my car has been leaking oil because they charged me but did not replace or put the sump plug back in properly. I had to go to a different mechanics and find the problem, it was a quick fix but could’ve been prevented. Will not be going back that’s for sure.
Purchased a LWB Crafter van and the experience was nothing short of disappointing. I was pressured into taking a 5-year care plan. The finance contract was misleading ,structured so you pay mostly interest upfront before even touching the principal. That’s how they get you, and it felt incredibly dishonest. Very helpful and no pressure sales people. Service department is awesome- have had no issues whenever we come here. Big shout out to Scotty and Jaz ( with some help from Rob!)for the their help with the cars we have bought.
On Wednesday took my car in to Shepparton Volkswagen for a service, found out front and rear brake pads and discs need replacing, too , told them for Friday my son and I have planned a surprise 19th Birthday for my daughter in Melbourne CBD, Rory and team went above and beyond to make sure the service and front brake pads and discs was completed by Friday, Rory is just so amazing and caring, highly recommend them.
