Very helpful and no pressure sales people. Service department is awesome- have had no issues whenever we come here. Big shout out to Scotty and Jaz ( with some help from Rob!)for the their help with the cars we have bought.
On Wednesday took my car in to Shepparton Volkswagen for a service, found out front and rear brake pads and discs need replacing, too , told them for Friday my son and I have planned a surprise 19th Birthday for my daughter in Melbourne CBD, Rory and team went above and beyond to make sure the service and front brake pads and discs was completed by Friday, Rory is just so amazing and caring, highly recommend them.
Very disappointing , car was scheduled for service on 6th may 2025. All went well then few weeks later have coolant light, tyre pressure lights go off. Re book it in to see why after having it recently serviced to be told the coolant level was low and same with tyre pressures. This will be the last time my car will be serviced here at Shepparton as they failed to cary out service inspection properly and it’s what you pay for.
