I decided to try Shepparton Veterinary Clinic when my dog broke her tooth & needed removal. They were excellent. - Phone/Customer service was bubbly and caring. - Time; Little to no waiting time. They slotted me in with little notice 3 times. - Introduced me to programmes to save money. - Looked after my girl with love and gave her a cute little bandanna after surgery. - Lots of courtesy calls after surgery too. 100% happy with my swap from GV Vet - I wish I did it earlier.
Friendly staff , great manner with pets
Got attacked by a dog off its leash and still seeing a plastic surgeon every week in Melbourne and vet haven't reached out once even though I was in the middle of an appointment. Not a safe place. As u can see they edited my review n their review n my pictures are up. I hope people can see them. Otherwise message me on fb. I have video as well. I recorded when she drove me to ER
Always go above and beyond for our pets, fitting us in in busy/emergency times and are all knowledgeable & caring
