Had my sleep study here, staff were helpful and pleasant. I was able to find help and advice here, honest communication about my new CPAP machine and issues I was facing. My problem was heard, i was listened to and given help. I am looking foward to their help in the future. After an incredibly nasty experience with CPAP Victoria shepparton who tied to scam me twice, it was nice to find help.
Cancelled my son's appointment when he didn't answer the phone to confirm his appointment for the next day. You called at 8 am!! He has a SLEEP DISORDER. He called back as soon as he was able to wake up but you'd already filled his spot. Next appointment? Not until April. Sure, if he's still around then as he's struggling so much with his medication no longer working. I can't believe a "sleep center" would call a patient at 8 am and immediately cancel. Absolutely ridiculous.
Would t listen to my experiences with the trial cpap machine. Used it for 4 weeks and didn’t have one good night sleep. Each time I raised concerns with staff I was told I just had to get used to it. In the end I returned the machine and never returned. Unhelpful staff who were rude and dismissive. Would never shop there again.
Two stars due to the politeness of the staff. However, they got the email wrong. Once they tell us to turn up at 7pm, then another part of the email they say 8pm. Last night 5 August, 2020 was the coldest August night in 20 years. I told them the room we sleep in is too cold. I was informed that the room must be at that temperature and nothing was done to make it warmer. As I Iay in bed with all the equipment on me - I was FREEZING. Didn't get an experience door rang when I walked in could hear someone on the phone waited 3minutes then rang the bell. Heard the conversation stop thought someone Will answer ,waiting another 3minutes so rang the bell again. Waiting 4 to 5 minutes never seen anyone so I left the store sat in my car for another 2 minutes over the road no-one came out maybe lights on nobody home.
