First l just want to say that the optometrist Alan and the young lady with the dark hair , are lovely. And if l only had to deal with them l would of given them five stars. What I love the most about shepp optical is the amount of support you get from Alan's team. All the women in the shop know mine and my partners names even if we are not booked in for an appointment. They genuinely remember who you are even if it has been a year or more since your last visit. I've had help picking the style of 3 sets of frames and I put my total faith in the ladies as I can't see when trying on. All 3 frames I've been super happy with what they have picked. Easy to browse and the stock was easily accessible to try. The service definitely needs work, as prospective buyers we did not receive the service we thought. When we walked in we were acknowledged by a seated female who asked what we were looking for in store. In her credit she did ask the pertinent retail questions and guided us to the glasses by being seated and pointing. We continued to look at high ticket frames and we did not get approached at all. Fabulous service from an evidently passionate and caring team of staff, very thorough eye test followed by the choice of a wide quality range of frames to chose from! Will be back for all my eyecare needs from now on!
