Courteous, called when he was held up a few minutes. Impressed with attention to possible unnoticed pet staining, checked with uv light. Did take longer to dry than indicated, but was a gloomy cold day.

Quoted us for doing five rooms $200 - to do them in two days First day appt for 12pm second day 9am. First day arrived at 2 pm. When he arrived at 2pm I said why was he not here at 12pm - he replied that he said 2pm. My partner was standing beside me when I made “the enquiry phone call” Second day wasn’t there at 9am so I phoned him.
