Good customer service but I was told that problem "x" was fixed and before I got home it was not. I took it back and they said they went through everything again and that problem "x" is fixed. I told them that since they didn't do anything else then there is no way that "x" is fixed and ask them to intermittently check it over a couple days. I was left with laughter from the person at the other end of the phone.
