I had an excellent experience with a recent repair on my 2014 Ford Explorer. The repair required extensive work and this shop did an excellent job on the repair and the estimating, and keeping me informed and involved during the entire process. These engines are very high-tech and the mechanics here handled it very professionally and my car is running like new. They worked with my insurance adjuster and got it all legitimately approved.
