They are honest !!! Mark let me know up front and prioritize what was wrong with my car and to see if I wanted the work done , not just "do it" and tell me later that it had been done . Nathan took the time to explain the parts and why the car was doing what it was doing . They fixed both my non working windows & showed me why lol in a way I didn't feel "dumb" which i appreciate!!! I had to use mermaid duct tape to hold up the window ! highly recommend them!!!!
Sheppard’s saved us when our car broke down as we were in the middle of moving out of state.
