It had an okay environment and secretary, but thats just about where the praise ends. The nurse that I talked to was very blunt and judgemental. She scoffed at me many times when I was opening up to her about what was going on, and didn't listen to what I was saying. The process felt very procedural and as if the nurses didn't care at all about the patients and only about the work getting done. Overall a very negative experience.

I brought my son to the walk in clinic on a Sunday Morning due to emotional dysregulation and hyperactive behaviors. After waiting over for over 2 hours we met with an intake nurse. My son has ADHD and was having a tantrum. She tried a couple of times to come back to do an assessment but he was not listening then she said she won’t do the assessment and he needed to go to the ER.
