I have been going to SP for the last 6 years and the improvements in the last couple of years has been drastic. I actually had caring doctors and therapists who want me to get well. And now I received the support I need to be happy. The first four years was a completely waste of time and effort. They will send you unlicensed interns and use you as genuine pigs. Watch out! Shepherd Pratt has been my provider since it was Family Services, probably about 10 years or so. Everything was fine. I had the same therapist for many years. Had the same Rx writer for many years. But now the staff turnover is ridiculous. For about the last 1 1/2- 2 years, I had 3-4 different Rx writers and 2-3 therapists. That really disrupts the continuity of care.
