I would give this facility 0 stars if I had the option. A family member of mine needed inpatient care for major depression. They had also recently sustained an ankle injury and needed to ice it regularly to reduce pain as it healed. Two days passed and they were still not given ice due to Sheppard Pratt's "protocol," and when my family member reinjured themselves AT THE FACILITY, staff still refused to give them ice for their worsening injury. This place has no business being operational. Your family goes to this facility and doesn't get the help they need. Your just money to them. If your loved one needs help..do not go here. Staff do not return calls nor do they value input which is critical for a recovery

too many group times and not enough visitation time for paients!!!
