Everyone was so nice and helpful. Ericka and Drea made me feel comfortable and cared for, I wouldn’t have had the same experience without them. Everything was clean, organized, and I received amazing care from each nurse that helped me. This week was healing and helpful because of the staff and I will always appreciate them
This is not a bad place they are just a little under staffed like most jobs and trying to provide for their families like most of us, we dont know they’re story or what they went through that day dealing with people they dont know. Thank you miss tanya, lola, erica, abby, che, uche, ugo and whoever i forgot and the other like minded people i met.
The campus is beautiful, and the facilities were clean. The walk-in was easier than going through the ER, and I encourage people to use it if they can. I can't say I did any healing there, but I got back on my meds. It's just about impossible to be emotionally vulnerable or heal in an environment like this to be honest, especially because of the staff. I want to have sympathy for the staff because I know how common and potent burnout is, but so many of them seem like mean girls who went into nursing to have control over vuln... read more
The lady who gave the interview argued with every answer I had like she didn't like my answers. She kept saying aside from that? Aside from my answer? What the actual F did I just participate in? Completely unprofessional and zero diagnostic integrity. How is your anxiety on a scale 1 to 10... Me- 10 I'm freaking out, yeah but aside from that???? I went there for help and got emotionally badgered by a lady who seemed less than qualified to say the least.
