the staff here literally does nothing and they watch kids attack each other. this one girl she crashed out we had to go in a separate room and they let her throw things around for at least 30 minutes before actually putting her in seclusion. staff members that actually seem to care are are .Casey and Mr.Sam they are the only 2 I can say good things about a long with other staff but these 2 are the only ones that actually cared about my feelings and listens and validated how I was feeling. the other staff members would litera... read more

I was admitted here in 2023. Honestly it was a great experience for me. I met other teens like me and made great friends. The staff here never made me feel any less than good and understood. They helped me with coping mechanisms and we did daily check ups to see how I felt. I understand everyone may not have a great experiences, but I definitely did.
SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. I also wrote a review for the towson location but this place genuinely gave me PTSD. All of the nurses are genuinely mentally abusive to patients and I had many horrible experiences during a 5 day hospitalization. DONT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE UNLESS ITS A LAST RESORT, IT CAUSES MORE HARM THAN HELP. I HAVE NIGHTMARES AND FLASHBACKS DAILY. someone please shut it down.
My name is Reign Tucker and I was illegally taken from my home because my mom filed a court order while my father had no idea. The staff at this disgusting hospital did nothing to help me.
