I had taken my son to this dental office 1 time and now am asking to get his medical records sent to my email or have them faxed to me for schooling purposes and they are refusing to send to me. Front desk staff is very unprofessional and not willing to help at all. The last person I spoke with hung the phone up on me. Refuses to give you medical records that you request.
My two granddaughters are seen by Dr Sheppard. On all our visits the staff and Dr Sheppard couldn’t be any nicer. They continually told me things we should be doing for prevention as well as current status info. I always feel that every concern is addressed. They seem to make an effort to make sure the child is comfortable.
I love Dr. Sheppard and his staff! Connor has been going to him since he would probably 6 or 7 years old. We have always had a pleasant experience! I would highly recommend.
While the dentist is nice his front office staffed needs to be coached on how to talk to people. We were told that since we weren’t a dentist we didn’t know what we were talking about and that we should have brought our child in sooner. We have a fantastic family dentist that informed us that our child didn’t need to be seen sooner than the age of 3 so that is our fault for not doing the research but we do trust the experts. Dr Sheppard put a cap on my daughter tooth. The tooth was a baby tooth and started to come lose causing my daughter pain. Dr. Sheppard refused to treat my daughter. Never asked her any questions related to her pain and seem distracted by some outside issues. He treated me and my daughter as inferior people disregarding her pain and discomfort.
