I first made contact with Dr. Sheppard a couple of years ago when I had a muscle sprain in my lower back. My regular visits proved very effective because it significantly reduced the pain I experienced in my lower back, until eventually I was no longer in pain. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well.

It has been a wonderful healing treatment. Tanya has been fantastic and Jeff has treated me wonderfully 2 yr ago I could not do much and today I'm in strawberry field picking them on my hands and knees how wonderful is that Alice Murphy

I saw Dr Shephard for issues I had with my back. He was quick to get me in and I appreciated having evening appointments available. I never waited long in the office to see him and the treatments were quick and effective!

I was timid and reluctant at first but that was put to ease after my first appointment , great environment great staff very professional
