The worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I went to this location with severe pain that was radiating through my face. The dentist examined me but provided no treatment or pain relief, only saying the front desk would take my medical care information to connect with them. The front desk then told me I could leave and that they would call me. Unfortunately, this happened on a Saturday, and by Monday morning, I was still in extreme pain. This was a very disappointing and distressing experience.
Everything about the Sheppard Center Dental is a very positive dental experience. The dentists and all support personnel are outstanding top notch professionals. I highly recommend Sheppard Center Dental.
