I have a monitor on my tank so they know when I need a delivery. They let my tank run down to empty during the snow storm and I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. My kids and I had to stay with friends because there was no heat at my house

I live only 5 to 6 blocks from a Thompson gas office been waiting 8 days for a delivery. Maybe tomorrow

Extremely professional and polite-a pleasure to deal with. I had many questions about replacement of the gas logs/system in our home and the office was prompt and courteous with scheduling and arrival times for consultation. Upon arrival, Harvey-our service technician, took the time to explain what system would be correct for our needs and was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Called at 8:30 AM to see if I could get a delivery. Was told I would get a call back soon. I called back at noon to check the status. Was told there would be $150 fee for off route delivery plus cost of propane. Asked what time they were coming again and they couldn’t provide me a time. Told them to cancel and that it was poor customer service to hide costs and not call back customers. Was told to have a nice day
