Once I was able to get through all the administrative nuances and scheduling headaches with the corporate offices the actual installation of the tank and line was superb. Harry Connell and John Brown did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. I was full of questions and Harry was very meticulous in answering and even hooked up both appliances. Both gentlemen were very good representatives for Thompson Gas.
Don’t even answer the phone
I have a monitor on my tank so they know when I need a delivery. They let my tank run down to empty during the snow storm and I couldn’t get anybody to answer the phone. My kids and I had to stay with friends because there was no heat at my house
I live only 5 to 6 blocks from a Thompson gas office been waiting 8 days for a delivery. Maybe tomorrow
Extremely professional and polite-a pleasure to deal with. I had many questions about replacement of the gas logs/system in our home and the office was prompt and courteous with scheduling and arrival times for consultation. Upon arrival, Harvey-our service technician, took the time to explain what system would be correct for our needs and was extremely knowledgeable and professional.
