I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and knowledge at Dave’s shop. I had a mysterious parasitic electrical draw in my truck that the dealer couldn’t resolve and I couldn’t figure out myself. I brought my truck to Sheppard Automotive, and Dave was able to diagnose the issue within 24 hours. He’s earned my business, and I’ll be bringing all my vehicles to him moving forward
My Audi needed an oil change but the mechanic that had always serviced my car went out of business. Sheppard’s Automotive was just 2 doors down from my original mechanic so I went there. The service was great. Not only did they change my oil but they rotated my tires at no additional cost. Fast and efficient. Friendly employees. I would definitely recommend!
We had an issue with an older honda, was going to bit the bullet and go to the dealer but decided to give Sheppard a try, they were fantastic and so helpful. No surprises that tend to happen with car repairs, they really took great care of the car, and even gave me a road home when my ride didn't show up.
